A gift designated in your will or revocable trust proclaims your confidence that Glenbeigh will continue to serve our mission and provide excellent patient care.  Below are some sample bequests that can be easily added to your estate plans.  

RESIDUAL BEQUEST LANGUAGE
(The remainder of your estate is left to Glenbeigh after all expenses and specific bequests are paid.)

I give and devise to Glenbeigh, located in Rock Creek, Ohio, all (or state a percentage) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its general support (or for a specific purpose).


SPECIFIC BEQUEST LANGUAGE
(Name Glenbeigh as a beneficiary of a specific amount from your estate.)

I give and devise to Glenbeigh, located in Rock Creek, Ohio, the sum of $____ to be used for its general support (or for a specific purpose).


CONTINGENT BEQUEST LANGUAGE
(Glenbeigh can be named as your beneficiary if one or more of your specific bequests cannot be fulfilled.)

If (insert name) is not living at the time of my demise, I give and devise to Glenbeigh, located in Rock Creek, Ohio, the sum of $___ (or all or a percentage of the remainder of my estate) to be used for its general support (or for a specific purpose).
