Glenbeigh continues to offer virtual Bridges to Recovery events for anyone in recovery or who supports someone in recovery. Live, In-Person meetings are limited in size to meet social distancing standards.  There is no charge to participate any Bridges to Recovery or Music and Message events.

The evidence supporting the benefits of physical activity on mood, cognition and overall mental health is undeniable. Many in recovery find that adding physical activity enhances their program of recovery. Some in recovery view it as an integral part of their journey. Register with Glenbeigh's Alumni Coordinator to learn about special outdoor events held throughout the summer months.
