The evidence supporting the benefits of physical activity on mood, cognition and overall mental health is undeniable. Many in recovery find that adding physical activity enhances their program of recovery. Some in recovery view it as an integral part of their journey. Register with Glenbeigh's Alumni Coordinator to learn about special outdoor events held throughout the summer months.
