Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These terms of use are entered into by and between you and Glenbeigh (“Glenbeigh," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of www.glenbeigh.org, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.glenbeigh.org (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Use when that option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and acknowledge Glenbeigh’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. If you create an account, submit an online form, request services, make a payment, use a portal, or otherwise complete a transaction through the Website, Glenbeigh may require you to affirmatively accept these Terms of Use and may maintain records of that acceptance. These Terms of Use do not replace Glenbeigh’s Notice of Privacy Practices for Patients or any other notice that applies to protected health information, substance use disorder treatment records, or other information subject to special confidentiality protections. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

The Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. Glenbeigh’s Website includes information about alcohol and drug addiction, treatment, and recovery and is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 18. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Glenbeigh and meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our discretion. All changes are effective when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter, except where a different effective date is stated or required by law. For material changes, Glenbeigh may provide additional notice or require renewed acceptance before you continue using certain Website features, where appropriate.

Emergency Services

The Website and any automated communication tools made available by Glenbeigh are not intended to provide emergency medical, behavioral health, or crisis intervention services. If you believe you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or other life-threatening situation, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or emotional distress, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Glenbeigh does not continuously monitor Website submissions, online communications, or automated interactions and cannot guarantee an immediate response.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict user access, including registered user access, to some parts of the Website or the entire Website.

You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Glenbeigh, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Glenbeigh knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms of Use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms of Use must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action or claim is permanently barred. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, to claims that cannot be limited by contract, to governmental or regulatory complaints, or to rights or remedies under applicable patient privacy or confidentiality laws.

Waiver and Severability

Force Majeure

Glenbeigh shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the operation of the Website or performance of any obligation under these Terms of Use resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, labor disputes, utility interruptions, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond Glenbeigh's reasonable control. During the continuation of any such event, Glenbeigh's obligations affected by the event shall be suspended to the extent reasonably necessary.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, Glenbeigh’s Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or notices that expressly apply to particular Website features or services constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Glenbeigh regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website. These Terms of Use do not supersede, limit, or modify Glenbeigh’s Notice of Privacy Practices or other legally required patient privacy or confidentiality notices with respect to protected health information, substance use disorder treatment records, or other specially protected records.
